Yes, I have a few guilty pleasures! As I try to think of some of my guilty pleasures, most of them seem to be food. Which is ok, right?
To start with, I loooove Panda Cookies! Here lately, I have been doing my grocery shopping after I am done with my workouts, and I'm sure all you other athletes know that that is a dangerous time to get your groceries! Even if I bring some food with me it never seems to satisfy me. So then I will take a quick parousal down the Asian food isle and grab a box of these lovely little treats, and they seem to do the trick. I try not to eat the whole box in one sitting.....but sometimes its hard not to :D They're just so good! If you've never tried them, you should!
Lindt truffles! These are delicious as well. I like the milk chocolate ones and right now I'm more into the white chocolate. These lovely little chocolate balls of goodness melt in your mouth so nicely that it's hard to only have one. But once you look at the nutrition panel....you start to rethink popping the next one in your mouth. Therefore, I try to refrain from these as best I can. But I figure as much as I workout a few of these won't harm me!
Movies! I really enjoy watching movies. I love to cuddle up in a blanket and stick in a good movie. Some of the greatest movies that should be watched if you've never seen them is: Better Off Dead, McClintock, Gross Pointe Blank and Soapdish.
Dancing! I love to dance around. Going out and club dancing is fun but I don't always get the same joy out of that as I do at home. At home I can dance around like a "weirdo". There's plenty of space and you're not trying to impress anyone! I'll dance in front of the mirror, in the company of my family when a good song comes on and occasionally in the shower!
These are just a few of my guilty pleasures. Comment with some of yours!
I workout to indulge in food and vice versa, so no guiltiness for me. :P
